Welcome Worshiper!
“Yet a time is coming, and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in Spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks.” – John 4:23

Welcome to the Creative Arts page here at CFA. I am so happy that you have decided to check out all the cool ways to get connected, and see what these ministries are all about. Our prayer is that we can facilitate an atmosphere where you are able to engage with the Holy Spirit, free from distractions and fully encounter His presence.
– Amanda Sherwin, Worship & Creative Arts Pastor

Created to Create
Christian Fellowship Assembly provides a place of freedom in which people can express their worship creatively. This can be displayed, in a range of activities that allow for creative and imaginative expression, such as music, writing, art, dance, drama, photography, technology, and design.
Vision: We aim to pursue authentic and expressive relationship. First with our Heavenly Father, our Creator. Second with those around us, those we do ministry with. And third, with our church family. The people we worship with.
We pray that we are constantly growing in each of these relationships and from them flow a love for God, and one another. Creating a beautiful offering of worship.

Music Ministry
“Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God – This is your true and proper worship.” – Romans 12:1
Curious about the Application Process?
Here it is:
1) Anyone who is interested in joining the Music ministry, is asked to fill out an application. This gives some insight into skill, and passion before the initial meeting.
2) Once an application is received, Pastor Amanda will reach out to schedule a time to meet with the interested person. If the person is able you will be asked to film themselves singing, or playing their instrument(s). If this is not an option, Pastor Amanda will play a few songs with them, when they meet to chat further about joining the music ministry.
3) After the teams are prayed over, and thought through, the person will join a group of worshipers. This group will play together every time they are on. Playing together with the same team each time helps the musicians and vocalists build relationships, both personally and musically. The more you know your team, the better you will be able to follow the leading of the Holy Spirit.
What do I need to join the music ministry?
A deep, and growing relationship with God.
A heart of worship.
Third, Skill.
What is the Time Commitment?
